The objective of the SIPINA project was to provide interactive access to information to users with special needs, particularly to blind or visually impaired people. Within the scope of the project two types of service were developed. The first features operating a personal computer via a mobile device, the second one allows users to access e-contents through multimodal (tactile and voice) communication.
